Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Attach the Label
Download and print your pre-paid shipping label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package over any old labels.
Drop Off and Track
Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt until your refund is processed.
